Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Kentucky straight bourbon takes a sweet detour here: Evan Williams folds bright maraschino cherry into its Bardstown-made whiskey, landing somewhere between a nightcap and dessert. The nose opens with cherry tarts, vanilla and ground almond, while the palate leans into plum and cherry sweetness before caramel rolls in. It finishes juicy and fruity with a whisper of soft spice. Pour it over plenty of ice, or top with cola for an easy cherry-cola sipper. Bottled at 65 proof.
