From Asahikawa Distillery on Hokkaido's northern reaches, Etsu Original Gin macerates juniper, angelica root, coriander, licorice, and bright yuzu peel for 22 hours before a slow pass through a copper pot still, then rests down to 43% ABV with water drawn from the Taisetsu mountains.
