Meet a Japanese gin built entirely around orange. Etsu Double Orange comes from the Akita distillery in northern Honshu, where Japanese bitter orange peel joins juniper, licorice and angelica roots, and coriander seeds in a slow seven-day maceration, then distills with water drawn from the Ou Mountains. The result is bright and citrus-forward, with fragrant peeled-orange aromas, a balanced warm-and-zesty palate, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Bottled at 43% ABV. Pour it over ice with tonic, or reach for it in a citrus-leaning cocktail.
