Etsu Double Orange comes from the Akita distillery in northern Honshu, where Japanese bitter orange peel joins juniper, licorice and angelica roots, and coriander seeds in a slow seven-day maceration, then distills with water drawn from the Ou Mountains. The result is bright and citrus-forward, with fragrant peeled-orange aromas, a balanced warm-and-zesty palate, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Bottled at 43% ABV. Pour it over ice with tonic, or reach for it in a citrus-leaning cocktail.
