Ephod Gesher Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah is a dry red blend from Ephod Winery, an Israeli producer with vineyards spanning the Galilee, the Golan Heights, and the edge of the Judean Desert. This Cabernet-Syrah pairing ages 18 months in French oak, layering blackcurrant and ripe plum fruit with a thread of cedar spice from the barrel. Cabernet Sauvignon supplies the structure while Syrah brings depth and lush fruit character, giving Gesher room to open up further with time in the cellar.
