Tanya is a family winery at Ofra in the Binyamin hills, about 900 metres up on rocky chalk soil, started in 2001 by Yoram Cohen, who named its labels after his children, Enosh among them. Fruit is cut by hand before dawn into small chilled crates, then aged in French oak for 14 to 24 months.
