This sparkling wine blends the three classic Cava grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, then undergoes traditional méthode champenoise, resting on its lees in bottle for about twelve months to build fine, persistent bubbles. Expect a pale straw pour with green apple, pear, and toasted almond notes, crisp acidity, and a clean, dry finish. Pour it well-chilled as an aperitif or alongside light seafood and salty snacks.
