Made from estate-grown highland agave under third-generation distiller Tony Salles, it opens with pineapple, mango, and pear before settling into vanilla and light tropical sweetness at 40% ABV. Pour it over ice in a tall glass with soda for something crisp and unexpectedly bright for a reposado.
