"El Afan" means desire in Spanish, and this reposado carries that name from El Paso all the way to the blue agave fields of Jalisco. Made from 100% blue agave, it's double-distilled and then rested anywhere from a couple months to nearly a year in oak, which softens it into something smooth with a fruity, faintly sweet aroma. Pour it neat when you want to slow down, or let it anchor a bright, citrusy cocktail.
