Einat - 3 Other Cats Dry Red Blend Wine
Dry red blend "3 Other Cats" ("Three Other Cats") from Einat Winery consists of three grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Carignan. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 850 meters in the Samaria mountains and are considered among the best in Israel. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine spent 18 months in French oak barrels. Harvest 2020. Alcohol: 14.5%.
This wine is distinguished by high tannin and richness. Here you will taste currant jam, cherries, blackberries and black rowan. The aromas of black and red berries will be complemented by notes of chocolate and cinnamon. A great wine for an aged steak, and also a great idea for storing in the wine cooler for future tasting.
