Mony Vineyard's Classic Rosh Hanikrah is a red blend from Israel's Samson wine region, grown on the winery's own estate in the Sorek Valley of the Judean Foothills near Beit Shemesh. The blend leans on 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Petite Sirah, fermented in stainless steel before three months in French oak round out the edges.
