Most canned tropical drinks reach for rum, but this one stays true to Brazil's national cocktail with cachaça, the sugarcane spirit at a real caipirinha's heart. It's built on Avuá Prata from Rio de Janeiro, made with single-estate cane and wild-yeast fermentation in a traditional pot still. Passion fruit and fresh lime bring tart, sunny brightness at 7% ABV. The recipe comes from Las Vegas bartender Mariena Mercer Boarini. Pour over plenty of ice and sip.
