Kindzmarauli is Georgia's answer to a dessert-worthy red — and this one comes packaged in a hand-shaped clay bottle straight from the Kvareli district of Kakheti. Made entirely from Saperavi, Georgia's signature dark-skinned grape, it's picked ripe and fermented just enough to keep its natural sweetness, landing dark ruby, velvety, and full of fresh berry fruit with soft, easy tannins. Pour it slightly chilled alongside soft cheese or something chocolatey.
