Here's a reposado with a quirk you'll want to know about: at Casa Don Ramon, the fermenting agave is played classical music, a ritual meant to coax out aroma and character. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands, it rests around six months in French oak, landing on citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, a green herbal streak, and a soft, buttery finish. Sip it neat, or let it anchor a slow, agave-forward Old Fashioned.
