Domaine Ott has been coaxing rosé out of Provence's limestone hills since 1912, and Château de Selle is where it started. Grown on arid, stony terrain in Taradeau, this blend leans on Grenache for balance, with Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre rounding out the fruit and structure. Expect a pale, silver-flecked pink, citrus and white flower on the nose, and a clean, mineral-driven finish with a spicy edge.
