From Eli Ben-Zaken's estate high in the Judean Hills west of Jerusalem, this 100% Chardonnay is built Burgundy-style — barrel-fermented in French oak and left to mature on its lees for about a year. The result is rich and buttery with lively acidity, showing citrus, tropical fruit, and roasted almond through a long, well-balanced finish.
