Overview

Fiefs Vendéens is one of the Loire's least-known appellations, and the Orion brothers work gneiss and orthogneiss soils at Chantonnay. Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Négrette, hand-picked and fermented on indigenous yeasts: structured and fruity, with a mineral edge. Give it an hour in a decanter and serve it cool.
