Domaine de Chevalier - L'Esprit de Chevalier Dry Red Blend Wine

The blend of L’Esprit de Chevalier consists of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. L’Esprit de Chevalier takes the majority of the aromatic codes of the first wine as well as the same conditions of production, which makes it a true reference of the Appellation Pessac-Léognan.This 2nd Domaine de Chevalier wine offers a dense color. The nose is fruity, intense and complex. It has aromas of spicy red and black fruits and licorice. The palate is full-bodied, unctuous, concentrated and elegant yet refined with ripe, supple tannins. The finish is fruity, very good balance.
