Chill filtration removes impurities and softens the finish without compromising the whiskey’s flavor. The result is a deep amber color and award-winning taste.
Tasting notes
Color: Golden-yellow, rich amber.
Nose: Spicy with distinct notes of rye, pepper and oak. It is balanced with a little sweetness like caramel, brown sugar and orange zest.
Taste: Spice forward with hints of maple, plum, pepper and fennel.
