Coffee and bourbon are old friends, but Devils River takes the pairing literally. This San Antonio distillery cold-steeps its award-winning bourbon with a Vienna-roast blend of Honduran, Colombian, and Brazilian beans for at least 24 hours, then rounds it out with organic blue weber agave nectar. The result, bottled at 80 proof, noses like warming espresso with dark chocolate and caramel, finishing soft and just barely sweet. Sip it neat after dinner, or pour it over ice as a grown-up nightcap.
