A gin transformed by wine wood: Dented Brick's Salt Lake City distillers build it on red winter wheat and rye with juniper and garden herbs, then rest it two years in retired Chardonnay casks from Idaho's Hell's Canyon Winery. The result pours golden, layering butterscotch and vanilla honey against caramel, dark cocoa, and a peppery, juniper-laced finish. Cut with artesian, limestone-filtered water from the distillery's own well, it took gold at the 2023 Beverage Testing Institute. Serve neat to let the barrel character shine.
