Cognac lovers, meet De Luze XO Fine Champagne — a blend drawn entirely from Grande and Petite Champagne, the two most prized growing areas in the Cognac region. The eaux-de-vie rest in French oak before the cellar master marries them together, giving a spirit that leans elegant and round. Expect toffee, candied fruit, cinnamon, and warm brioche on the nose. Bottled at 40% ABV, it's lovely poured neat, over a single small ice cube, or chilled beside crème brûlée or a chocolate dessert.
