Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Here's a bourbon with a twist you don't see every day: Dark Door Spirits pulls this Barrel Select from a solera system, the old-world layering method usually reserved for sherry, then bottles it at a sturdy 100 proof. Distilled grain-to-glass in Tampa, Florida, it leans sweet and layered, with burnt cherry, caramel, and orange candy up front and black pepper and pumpernickel bread rounding things out. Pour it neat for a slow evening sip, or gift it to the bourbon lover in your life.
Tasting notes
With notes of burnt cherry, caramel, orange candy, black pepper and pumpernickel, this barrel select is a perfectly sweet gift for any occasion.
