Dadah Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve comes from Dadah Winery, based at Makura Farm on Mount Carmel in Israel, with fruit sourced from the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. Winemaker Jacky Hazan lets the grapes hang late into the season before pressing, then ages the wine in French oak for close to two years. Expect a deep, velvety glass with layers of black berry, baking spice, tobacco leaf, and vanilla, finishing long and structured. Pour it alongside grilled short ribs or aged hard cheeses.
