Here's a gin with a genuinely wild backstory. Cruxland comes from KWV in South Africa's Paarl region, built on a grape spirit base and macerated with rare Kalahari truffles foraged after the desert's first rains. Nine botanicals join in — juniper and lemon up front, coriander and warm spice, then rooibos and honeybush lending an earthy, faintly sweet finish. At 43% ABV it's got backbone. Pour it over a big cube, or let those truffle notes shine in a tonic with an orange twist.
