We have long wanted to produce a sparkling wine. The Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes fermented with native yeast and no dosage. As a result, it is bone dry yet brimming with the kind of finesse Chardonnay has long delivered to the world’s finest sparkling wines. We are proud to release this wine and be a part of everyone's happiest moments. Raise a toast and say, "L'chaim!" with Covenant Blanc de Blancs.Bright, fresh and clean on the palate, this tangy bubbly serves up an array of flavors ranging from apple and pear, to quince and citrus flavors. Perfect for any celebratory occasion.
