Cosa Salvaje hand-harvests the agave, slow-cooks it over wood fire, crushes it Tahona-style, ferments with wild yeast, and distills it in copper pot stills, then rests it unaged in stainless steel rather than wood. Expect a crisp, agave-forward nose, a palate of gentle fruit and honey sweetness, and a smooth, lingering finish. The distinctive pink bottle marks a limited run created with country artist Tanya Tucker supporting breast cancer awareness. Serve chilled in a classic margarita or neat as a sipping tequila.
