There's a reason Corazon has a shelf full of medals: this Anejo comes from Casa San Matias, one of the longest-running family distilleries in Los Altos de Jalisco. Made from 100% blue Weber agave and rested 16 to 18 months in American oak, it leans into caramel, vanilla, and toasted-oak warmth over cooked-agave sweetness, with a little black-pepper spice on the finish. Pour it neat, let it open, and sip it slow. Sip something new.
