Gin from the heart of Mexico City, made by a five-woman micro-distillery named for La Condesa's leafy streets. Prickly pear (the cactus fruit on Mexico's coat of arms) and orange blossom lead a botanical lineup rounded out with raspberry, juniper, coriander, and lime. A two-day maceration gets a separate orange-blossom tincture blended in, so it stays fragrant without turning sweet. Bottled at 43%, it's crisp and floral with red-fruit brightness. Pour it into a tonic with a lime wedge.
