Overview

Most gins nod to London. This one grew up in Mexico City's leafy Condesa neighborhood, and it tastes like it. A women-led micro-distillery builds it around botanicals you rarely meet in a gin bottle: palo santo and myrrh alongside jasmine, elderflower, sage, lavender and lime peel. The result is herbal and floral up front, with a warming, almost meditative bitterness on the finish. At 43% ABV, it's confident in a citrus-forward Negroni or a simple tonic with orange.
