Named for the 1014 Battle of Clontarf, where High King Brian Boru turned back a Viking army, this blended Irish whiskey carries a thousand years of story in its name. Triple distilled in County Cork, it's filtered through Atlantic oak charcoal and rested four years in ex-bourbon barrels, giving toasted oak and toffee on the nose, vanilla and butterscotch on the palate, and a honeyed barley finish. Easygoing at 40% ABV. Pour it neat, over a single rock, or into a warm Irish coffee.
