Chula Vista Reposado comes from La Cofradía, a family-run distillery in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, working with 100% blue agave. After distillation it rests in oak barrels, taking on honeyed vanilla, a touch of caramel, and warm baking spice as it mellows into a smooth, golden-hued pour. Bottled at 40% ABV. Pour it neat over a single big cube to let the oak show, or build it into a Tequila Manhattan for something with more backbone than the usual margarita lineup.
