Chevel Yehuda Aminadav is a red blend from Chevel Yehuda Winery, a boutique Israeli producer founded in 2011 in Zanoah, at the edge of the Judean foothills. Winemaker Yotam Sharon builds this cuvée from Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourcing fruit from vineyards across Judea, the Shomron, and the Upper Galilee's Meron highlands.
