Overview

This Saint-Estèphe red comes from a 35-hectare vineyard between the Gironde estuary and the Atlantic, where gravel-over-clay-limestone soil pushes the roots deep for concentration. The blend leans Merlot-majority alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, aged roughly 15 months in Allier oak for structure. Expect dark fruit, cassis, and a savory herbal edge with firm tannins built to soften with time. Pour it alongside roast beef, lamb, or anything off the grill that can stand up to it.
