Saint-Julien doesn't get more reliable than this. Château Gloria, the appellation's largest unclassified estate, blends mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, aged in French oak for over a year. Expect black currant, cherry, and tobacco notes over a soft, elegant structure — approachable young but built to hold. Pour it alongside roast lamb or grilled duck for a classic Bordeaux match.
