Whispering Angel didn't just make Provence rosé popular — it basically started the whole trend. Sacha Lichine bought Château d'Esclans in the mid-2000s and built this pale pink blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino) grown near the Esclans Valley, with grapes picked at night to keep them cool and fresh. Expect scents of cherry blossom and peach skin, a round, dry palate of red berries, and a smooth finish at 13% ABV. Pour it ice-cold on a patio, no food required.
