This is the eponymous estate bottling from Château d'Esclans, Sacha Lichine's Côtes de Provence house, built on Grenache blended with Rolle (Vermentino) and partially fermented in 600-liter French oak barrels, then aged on the lees for texture. Expect floral aromatics leading into red berry fruit, a whisper of vanilla and pear, and a smooth, creamy, long finish. At 13.5% ABV, it's a rosé for the dinner table, not just the porch.
