Château de Cor Bugeaud comes from Vignobles Dubois, a family estate in the Blaye – Côtes de Bordeaux appellation on Bordeaux's right bank, where three generations have worked the same vineyards along the Gironde. This red blend leans on Merlot (about 70%) with Cabernet Sauvignon rounding it out, kept unoaked so the fruit stays front and center. Expect ripe plum and red berry on the nose, a touch of tobacco, and a soft-tannin, medium-bodied palate with a clean finish. Pour it alongside brisket, roast chicken, or a slow-cooked stew.
