Bordeaux Supérieur built for real weeknight drinking, not the cellar. This bottling leans heavily Merlot (about three-quarters of the blend) with Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Petit Verdot, grown across the region's mixed gravel, clay, and limestone soils and given a short, gentle stint in French oak. Expect deep purple color, blackberry and violet aromatics with a eucalyptus edge, and a long dry finish. Pour it alongside roasted lamb or a hard aged cheese.
