Overview

St. Lucia Distillers blends Coffey-column and pot still rums, aged separately by batch and by still type in ex-bourbon barrels, then rested together in oak vats. Over the final six months the blend takes on bois bandé bark, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice and lemon and orange peel.
