Yatir Forest Dry Red Wine is the flagship Bordeaux-style blend from Yatir Winery, a joint venture with Carmel Wines producing fruit from Israel's Judean Hills, where vineyard plots climb 650 to 900 meters up the slopes of Yatir Forest. Cabernet Sauvignon anchors the blend alongside Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, aged roughly 15 months in French oak. Expect cassis and blackcurrant, cedar and dried herb notes, and firm, structured tannins carrying into a long finish. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or a slow-braised short rib.
