Carmel Selected Sauvignon Blanc comes from Carmel Winery, Israel's founding wine producer, established in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild and still the country's largest today. Part of Carmel's popular Selected line since 1979, this dry white is made through cold settling and temperature-controlled fermentation, then aged in stainless steel to keep its fruit forward and fresh. Expect a pale straw pour with tropical fruit and cut-grass aromas leading into a clean, citrusy finish. Pour it chilled alongside grilled fish, salads, or soft cheeses.
