This pisco comes bottled in the unmistakable shape of a Moai — Capel's tribute to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) culture. Distilled from muscatel grapes grown in Chile's Elqui Valley and rested for several months in American oak, it pours bright and floral, with citrus and white grape on the nose giving way to a round, gently spiced palate.
