Here's a highlands reposado that leans gentle rather than loud. Made from 100% blue agave in Jesús María, Jalisco (NOM 1416), it's slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens, double-distilled, then rested four months in white oak. That short nap softens it into vanilla and toasty cedar with a whisper of chamomile and a little ginger-and-pepper spark on the finish. At 40% ABV, it sips easily neat, but it's an equally friendly base for a bright, citrusy cocktail.
