Burnside Goose Hollow Reserve is a small batch expression of straight bourbon whiskies that are meticulously blended then aged for 45 days in Garryana Casks for a South meets West Bourbon unlike any other. Nose: Robust oak, pine and smokey coals. Once aerated, notes of fruitcake, apricot and caramel.
Flavor: Enters unflinchingly at 92 proof and undergoes a metamorphosis on the palate from peppery wood and bitter chocolate to tobacco, plums and vanilla
