Mash Bill: 65% Corn, 25% Rye, 10% Malted Barley
Nose: Inviting and robust, opening with warm butterscotch, brown sugar, and toasted oak. Subtle layers of vanilla, dry leather, and faint smoke emerge as it breathes.
Palate: Full-bodied and viscous with immediate "sweet heat". Rich notes of vanilla bean, dark honey, and sweet corn are balanced by a punch of rye spice, black pepper, clove, and warm cinnamon.
Finish: Long, warm, and lingering. The finish leaves residual sweet honey and dark fruit notes alongside drying oak, charred wood tannins, and lingering baking spices.
