Rose Gold Brut comes from Bottega's Lombardy vineyards, made entirely from Pinot Nero grapes vinified in rosé style and finished in the Charmat method for fine, persistent bubbles. Expect a brilliant pale pink pour with wild strawberry, currant, and mixed-berry aromas, balanced acidity, and a clean, lingering finish — bright enough for an aperitif, structured enough for shellfish or sushi. Pour it chilled in a tulip glass to open up the fruit. Took silver at Mundus Vini 2025.
