This gin is distilled right on the site of the old George Lawley & Sons Shipyard, the Boston Harbor yard that built America's Cup yachts and WWII minesweepers before it became a distillery. Made from 100% wheat with fresh Quabbin Reservoir water, it leans citrus-forward, with lemon, tangerine, and orange peel layered over juniper, coriander, angelica, and orris root. Bottled at 90 proof. Bright enough to sip neat, clean enough to build a gin and tonic around.
