Bonterra's Estate Chardonnay comes from Ledford Ranch, the brand's own organically farmed vineyard in Mendocino County, planted along well-drained gravelly loam near the Russian River. A portion is barrel-fermented and aged in new French oak with malolactic fermentation, giving it a rich, creamy texture under bright acidity, with pear, green apple, citrus, and a whisper of spice. Pour it alongside grilled sturgeon, pecan-crusted chicken, or mahi mahi for a dinner-table standout.
