In the seclusion of our concealed distillery, our master distiller handcrafted this smooth and lush,
yet refreshing gin with three meticulously distilled imperial black teas from Assam, Cashmere & Yunnan.
On the palate, higher notes of citrus, coriander, and lemon grass bleed through, backed up by a warming glow of both the imperial black tea and the 45% alcohol grain spirit which lingers on in the aftertaste.

Juniper berries, coriander seeds, grains of paradise, angelica root, iris root, lemon peel, bitter almond, lemon grass, china yunnan matured tea, imperial pu-erh himalaya secret of cashmere black tea, assam black tea harmutty.
THE PROCESS Our botanicals (except the teas) are macerated & distilled in a copper pot still (400l). We add the separate distilled teas afterwards.
A blind tiger is another name for a speakeasy: a hidden bar where alcohol was served during Prohibition. The door of the place would have the picture of a blind tiger or a blind pig, a curiosum which punters could admire after paying a ticket. This ticket was mostly given in the shape of a token which was exchanged for a ‘free’ drink. This way, bar owners could bypass the strict prohibition laws.
