The second release in BLACKENED's Masters of Whiskey Series pairs Metallica's whiskey team with retired Angel's Envy co-founder Wes Henderson, starting with a 6-year Kentucky straight bourbon finished in white Port wine casks. Those barrels get blasted with Metallica tracks via the Black Noise process, coaxing out notes of pear, honey, chipotle cinnamon, vanilla, and walnut. Bottled at cask strength (58.1% ABV) and non-chill filtered. Sip it neat, then add a splash of water.
